What is Woopit Terminal?
The Woopit Top up Terminal provides a quick, easy and convenient way (kiosk mode) for mobile users to top up their prepaid credit. It carries a wide range of service providers (Maxis, Celcom, DiGi, U Mobile, Tune Talk, XOX, Merchantrade, OkTel & etc) for prepaid mobile phone users and International airtime reload to 9 different countries namely Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam for all mobile service providers.
How can I reload my mobile credit through Woopit terminal?
Customers need to choose the mobile services provider follow by top up value. Then, key in the mobile number and pay the top up amount. Once completed, customer will receive a confirmation SMS message on the top up amount.
What are the top up denominations and what is the minimum top up amount?
Minimum top up denomination is as low as RM3 onwards. It is also subject to the each service provider’s denominations.
How do I know that my account has been topped up?
You will receive a confirmation SMS message that will show your new top up amount and your total account balance
What if I do not get any confirmation SMS message?
Once the top up is completed, you will receive a confirmation SMS message. In case of non-receipt of confirmation message, please check the account balance of your mobile phone. If the account balance does not increase by the top up value, please contact us at 603 6144 0880.
What if I key in a wrong phone number?
If the phone number is a valid prepaid phone number, your top up will be successful to the keyed-in number and the top up amount is non-refundable.
What if I key in a postpaid phone number?
The terminal will reject your top up request for a non prepaid phone number.
What are the common reasons for top up failure?
• Invalid mobile phone number (Not prepaid phone number/ Inactive phone number)
• Destination number is not in our accepted list of mobile operators
• Network failure / mobile operators service outage
Can I top up for somebody else?
Yes, you can. All you have to do is enter the correct prepaid phone number.
What happen if I pay more than the top up value?
We will automatically open a prepaid account for you under your mobile number. Your excess balance will be kept for your future top up.
